I had a spacious double room with a balcony and the most wonderful view. the staff was attentive and efficient; couldn't ask for more. the location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of the city, convenient to go everywhere.

the coffee had to be collected from the hallway and there were no cups provided, which was inconvenient. the route up to the hotel was incredibly steep, making it difficult to reach, especially for those with mobility issues.
